On May 31, 2017, over 100,000 older adults will participate in health promotion events and activities across the United States as we celebrate the 24th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day. The common goal for this day: to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. This is the nation’s largest annual health promotion event for older adults and is hosted by area agencies on aging, health clubs, houses of worship, and other community organizations.
