On May 29, 2019, over 100,000 seniors will participate in health activities across the United States as we celebrate the 26th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day. The common goal for this day is to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. This is the nation’s largest annual health and wellness event for seniors and is hosted by area agencies on aging, health clubs, houses of worship, retirement communities, senior centers, and many other community organizations.
