On May 30, 2018, over 100,000 older adults will participate in health promotion events and activities across the United States as we celebrate the 25th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day. The common goal for this day is to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. This is the nation’s largest annual health and wellness event for older adults and is hosted by area agencies on aging, health clubs, houses of worship, retirement communities, senior centers, and many other community organizations.
